Had a great experience purchasing a used truck from Bayside Chrysler. Matt was my sales person and was very patient while I looked at many different trucks. He spent a good portion of a Saturday with me. I was not able to find what I was looking for, and he had a truck brought down from a different Bayside that met what I was looking for, that next week. Matt stayed late the following week while I looked at this truck and eventually purchased it. Chris the manager also stayed late and assisted with all of my final paperwork. The drivers heated seat was not working and they were able to also repair that after my purchase with no issues. I am very happy with the entire process and with the people that have assisted me. I highly recommend to look for your next new/used vehicle there and see Matt! I will definitely be going back for my next purchase!
Andrew and everyone at Bayside made purchasing my new Sahara Altitude stress free! The dealership was clean and everyone was so friendly! There was not any stressful going back and forth with the manager. I live on the Outer Banks and all of the paperwork was ready to be signed when I arrived. Bayside Jeep did an amazing job again on making my Jeep purchasing a wonderful experience! Pat, Justen, Stephen, and Chris worked with me to purchase my 2023 Jeep Wrangler at my pace with such a busy work schedule. There was no pushing of the sale or constant calls and emails from either of them. Chris Modesitt worked with me on my first purchase at Bayside in 2017 and was great once again to work with. Bayside will always be my go to Jeep Dealer.
I bought a Jeep Compass from this dealership a year ago and it was probably the most Pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Patrick was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing but exceptional. I've had no issues out of my Jeep since I purchased it and Patrick called me today personally to see how my jeep was running and to make sure that everything was still exceptional. Best car buying experience of any other vehicle purchase I have had. Patrick was great to work with. No pressure by him. I know it’s a business that is there to make a profit, but never pushed anything I wasn’t interested in. Very personable and extremely helpful. Steven, the sales manager I believe, was great as well.
